Service Canada will be in your community to help you apply for and answer questions you may have about the
following programs and services: Canada Disability Benefit (CDB), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Canadian Dental
Care Plan (CDCP), Old Age Security (OAS), Employment Insurance (EI). Social Insurance Number and valid photo
